Apostas para o melhor filme?

Lol, pois não. Ainda não o ví.

A malta quer mesmo é blood and guts.

Por acaso também ainda não vi o Avatar e é dos que menos me "puxam" da lista dos nomeados.

Ainda me falta ver o Up in the Air da lista, mas apostaria no The Hurt Locker ou mesmo no Inglorious Basterds.

Também estou com o Bruno. O Avatar não me diz grande coisa.

O Where the Wild Things Are não foi nomeado mas o The Blind Side foi?

Não vi o Where.. mas adorei o Blind Side, a Sandra Bullock tem um desempenho excelente. Mas pronto é um filme mais lamechas.

Heresia foi o A Serious Man dos irmãos Coen.. achei muito fraco, uma história pouco consistente.

Colocar o Avatar para melhor filme é um esticão grande.

Dos que estão ali, escolho o The Hurt Locker.

o Where the wild things are é o filme mais irritante que ja vi.Paupérrimo.
O The Blind Side foi nomeado porque fez totil pasta, é um feel good movie e tal.

Quem merece ganhar é o Inglourious Basterds sem duvida.Mas tenho a impressao que o Tarantino so vai ganhar melhor realizador quando ja tiver velho, como o Scorsese.

Já fui ver o Avatar duas vezes e é espectacular, nada digno de Óscar de Melhor Filme mas sim para a categoria Visual Effects (apesar de os do Star Trek estarem também fenomenais).
O Inglourious Basterds é muito bom mas dos 10 nomeados só vi o Avatar, District 9, Inglourious Basterds e o Up por isso não posso falar muito.
Para Animated feature film gostava que ganhasse o Coraline mas mais uma vez não conheço os outros filmes (tirando o Up).
Não vi grande parte dos filmes candidatos e alguns nem sequer os quero ver...

Ja vi todos os filmes de animaçao e sem duvida o que eu prefiro é o Coraline. O Up tem uma sequencia inicial brilhante mas depois perde gas como ja li.È um bom filme mas prefiro o Coraline

É na verdade um filme fantástico!

Depois de já ter visto todos os nomeados para melhor filme, a minha escolha recai certamente na película de Tarantino.

Em termos de filme revelação, fiquei agradavelmente surpreendido com The Hurt Locker, mas mais ainda com Precious e The Lovely Bones do Peter Jackson!! Precious é um drama durissimo, baseado no Livro Push, este baseado numa história real. As actrizes mãe-filha têm desempenhos fantásticos e sem dúvida que mãe (Mo'nique) merecia levar o óscar de melhor actriz secundária para casa. The Lovely Bones ganha pela fantástica história, junção de sonho-realidade, thriller, comédia (Susan Sarandon tão espectacular neste filme), fantasia... encheu-me completamente as medidas.

Outras das surpresas foi Avatar, sempre evitei ao máximo o filme, mas depois de o ver tenho de dar a mão à palmatória, o filme é realmente bom, com grandes potencialidades ao nível dos efeitos especiais.

No que toca a desilusões, na minha opinião Invictus do Eastwood e A Serious Man deixa muito a desejar, mas o óscar da desilução vai mesmo para A Serious Man dos Coen, aliàs, nem sei como o filme conseguiu ser nomeado.

Em relação aos desempenhos masculinos, Jeff Bridges devia limpar o òscar pelo seu desempenho em Crazy Heart, é um bom filme, apesar de não passar disso.

Falando agora em não-nomeados, Where the Wild Things Are ganha pela originalidade da história e das personagens, foram 1 horas e 40 min muito bem passados.

Finalmente espero anciosamente que na animação Coraline marque muitos pontos.
